Payment Arrangements
For payment processing, you will receive a payment link. 20% of the accommodation price is due at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due 30 days before arrival.
Check‒In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and box designation for your key box on your mobile number as well as simultaneously to your email address on the day of arrival at 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, an earlier check‒in is not possible.
Keys
The check‒in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 5 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Directly at our accommodation, there are free parking spaces.
Check‒Out & Key Return
The accommodation and the parking space must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest. Please return the keys to the key box before leaving. Unfortunately, a late check‒out cannot be offered.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
Each person is provided with a linen set consisting of a sheet, a pillowcase, a duvet cover, and two towels. Each toilet is also stocked with two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find two dish towels.
Hygiene Products
Our accommodation offers a hairdryer in the bathrooms.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
